By the middle of the ninety decade, began with more force the definition of this new generation which is recognized as the generation of the information and the knowledge where thanks to the technology and to the big advances of the communications the information flows by a high speed to such a grade that the news we see at the asme moment they are happening, likewise the exchange of information and knowledge is given in a parallel way, thanks to internet people can communicate in real time with people that are located in other latitudes. On the other hand, the growth of the commercial agreements emerges simultaneously, with originates transculturation processes, dependence and commercial linking among the countries partners. The education cannot stay to the margin of these processes, what guides to the education institutions to carry out processes of internationalization and at the same way guides them to the development of processes of self-management of the learning, taking care in the students the social and cultural values of their origin countries, but allowing them a pluricultural exchange where the abilities and competence are strengthened, that allow them to have competitive advantages
