The author begins focusing the characteristics that he has the psychiatry that you/they make necessary to claim the excellence in his services. It defines the excellence concepts, science and technology. He/she argues that although the science and the technology are extremely important for the achievement of the excellence they are not enough, and that when the topic of the excellence is approached it is impossible to avoid the focus axiológico. It continues exposing the concepts of value, dignity and human being. It outlines that different types of values exist inside those that can be mentioned: artistic aesthetic, ethical moral, scientific technological and historical among others. It outlines that although all are important three types of values that they are indispensable in the achievement of the psychiatric excellence they are the scientific one technological, the ethical one moral and the aesthetic ones. But it advances conceptúa each one of these types of values and he/she explains like they pay to the excellence in the psychiatric practice. He/she argues that each one for separate doesn't guarantee the excellence but rather they should be related. It finishes meditating on if the services of psychiatry camagüeyanos are really excellent, to that which gives an affirmative answer
