Some considerations are presented on some ethical aspects in mental health, the sick persons and the mental illness, the frequent violations of the codes and international norms, among the current tendencies of the contemporary world in this important one thematic, at the time that is meditated in the main aspects that constitute recommendations to keep in mind in the making and design of the legislation in mental health according to the OMS, by the importance that has it in the materialization of the plans and political in this sense. The contrast of the current Cuban reality is presented, to tone with the professional and social culture reached in our country in these years of Revolution in connection with the Mental Health, the overwhelming achievements that today is exhibited with grateful palpable results at world level, even when some inadequacies are pointed out in the existent legislation, mentioning to the imperfections, breaches, and some susceptible aspects of new focuses, those that have to do with the problems that dominate the current square of the mental health, suggesting its revision. To motivate that we meditate in the ethical order with a look different chord to the circumstances that today faces, it will propitiate that new ideas illuminate the road to improve the well-being, the rights and the quality of the mental sick persons' life in our societies
