The assessment of educational objectives in the Human Morphophisiology discipline is difficult due to the fact that Stomatology curriculum does not contain the methodology to be followed by teaching staffs of the subjects included. This paper presents the theoretical and pedagogical basis for didactic work of teaching staffs related to the referred evaluation.
