The Cuban medical mission in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela pays special attention to professional overcoming of Venezuelan community integral doctors who work in the Areas of Community Integral Health (ASIC), Doctors as a point of reference are educated u Cuban professionals who collaborate in this country with assistance and education. Ways of overcoming in different topics addressed to the improvement of professional performance of these professionals nourished in the pedagogical principles and in Cuban Medical Teaching were developed in the first semester of 2017 in the state of Anzoátegui. This piece of work has the purpose of showing the experience of the pedagogical process for the professional overcoming of Venezuelan doctors who work at ASIC in the state of Anzoátegui. The methods used for the creation of a strategy were theoretical and empirical. A revision of normative documents was made, the bibliography on the subject was consulted and professional control visits were made in the empirical order as a part of the work made by teaching coordination advisers of the state of Anzoátegui. The strategy that was created by the teaching coordination of the state, its stages and its actions were decisive for the development of the overcoming that contributes to the professional improvement of health human resources. There were necessary as ways of overcoming: courses, trainings, workshops and advices that contributed to the improvement of professional performance.
