Nutrition education is designed to facilitate the voluntary adoption of eating behaviors and con behaviors linked to food and nutrition, conducive to health and well-being. The objective of this text is to present a system of educational actions aimed at promoting adherence to treatment in patients with oncological pathologies associated with secondary health care. It was carried out at the Marie Curie Provincial Oncological Teaching Hospital, in Camagüey. This is an explanatory-causal observational research that takes place between January 2023 and December 2024. This work is part of the research project Nutritional education for the development of healthy eating aimed at vulnerable groups of the population. The study universe consists of 65 newly admitted patients with different oncological pathologies. The instruments used were surveys and educational talks.
