The case of a white female aged 7 is evaluated in the Primary Care Service of the Barrio Adentro medical mission in Nueva Esparta state, Republic of Venezuela. After a clinical and radiological evaluation she is diagnosed with a genetic syndrome known as Apert Syndrome.
