In this work we carry out a brief reflection about the impact that has had the application of the Project Policlínico University student in the policlínicos Hill, Girón, of the municipality Hill and the experimental classroom of the Ability Salvador Allende, where we expose pedagogic experiences of work in the subject of Philosophy and Health in the new educational scenario, and of the use of the new technologies of the information and the communications, and other audiovisual means applied to the educational educational process. We make reference to the significance of this new model of professionals' of the health formation for the work in the primary attention, keeping in mind the paper that carries out the university like social institution that he/she has among other main functions to extend their enclosures in the community work; our objective to develop, to preserve, to diffuse our culture and to generate new knowledge through the Scientific investigation that you/they guarantee the reproduction of our social relationships, their human and solidary character made the countries of the third world.
