The main purpose of this paper is to annalize the application of the fundamental principles of bioethicals en health care of people who live with HIV-AIDS in Primary Health Care. To achieve this, we utilised an annalitical descriptive method and we used methods like observation, experts criteria, bibliographic material revision and the author's expertise.
