This is a theoretical paper report which offers some general knowledge about face-to-face communication. The purpose is to give some tools for health professional communication. The author characterizes empathy and resonance skills. Ideas of Emotional Intelligence are considered in relation to communication with healthy and sick people and their relatives. Some principles and communication resources are proposed to the health professionals so that they can render more humanitarian health services
