It is carried out an observational, descriptive and longitudinal study where of 415 professors of martial (Karate) arts of the county of City Havana, 310 were selected that completed 2 inclusion approaches: to be carrying out physical systematic and programmed activity and to have ages understood between 20 and 60 years. It was studied the alcoholism and The consequent Illnesses of the atherosclerosis which didn't have great presence; however, the alcoholism was present in 57,7% of those analyzed, 14 patients were identified with Cardiopaty Ischemic (4,5%) and alone 2 patients with Illness Cerebrovascular and Arterial Outlying Illness, respectively.
