It is carried out an observational, descriptive and longitudinal study where of 415 professors of martial (Karate) arts of the county of City Havana, 310 were selected that completed 2 inclusion approaches: to be carrying out physical systematic and programmed activity and to have ages understood between 20 and 60 years old. The Hypertension and Arterial Prehypertension were studied and The consequent Illnesses of the atherosclerosis didn't have great presence; however, 14 patients were identified with Cardiopaty Ischemic (4,5%) and alone 2 patients with Illness Cerebrovascular and Arterial Outlying Illness, respectively. The incidence of Hypertension was of 23,2% and of PreHypertension of 24,7%.
