The treatment of the partial or total toothless patient with Osseo integrated implants is more frequent in daily practice. A major esthetical and functional demand of these patients makes shorter the loading waiting period. The biophysical effect of submit the implants to mastication within the first 24 hours is what we call immediate load. The implantation success may be achieved with a correct selection and evaluation of the patient. The purpose of this type of work is making a point about the advantages of it by selecting a patient of the consultation of Implantology of The Odontology School. After evaluating all the diagnosis elements a technique of immediate conditionality; allowing the patient to have the teeth in the same consultation and make the gingival architecture for a immediate definitive rehabilitation after the conclusion of the Osseo integration period. We provide a greater satisfaction and quality of life to the patients with this technique
