Cultural care in Infirmary has emerged as an important issue in Infirmary Sciences because when nurses in general know the cultural values, , beliefs, and way of life of the population, nurses care become more profitable and integral. The purpose of this work is to make a reflection about the importance and significance of cultural care in Infirmary. The reviewed texts were analyzed utilizing the logics of data analysis of a qualitative investigation. The texts searches were divided into grouped and resumed groups of similar significance. This article increased the comprehension about the importance of educational care of Infirmary systems in Cuba, which doubtlessly strengthen the role of nurses in clinical practice. In this sense, values, spiritual beliefs and educational values must be present in Infirmary practice.
