This study is fundamented in the characteristics of the various phylosofical ways arosen in the wold , evaluating, in each one of them, medical ethics, international concepts regarding health care, and particularly cuban's one. Which achievements are worldly reknown. In the particular case of polytraumatized patients, it is shown the importance of the ethics and bioetihics knowledge according to the scientific conception of our socialist socienty, and analizing the positive resutls of the materialistic philosofy to the biopsicosocial values
