A control case study from January to December was carried out of the 2006, to identify some factors of risk of the cervical cancer in the Hospital Federico Capdevila, Municipality Cowherds. It shows: 50 women between 25 and 59 years portadoras of wounds premalignas of cervical cancer diagnosed by organic cytology and corroborated in Neck Pathology Consultation of the "Hospital Enrique Bad-tempered" and 50 women with negative organic cytology in the same group etáreo. Variable: age, age of start of the first sexual relations, the adolescents were excluded, pregnant and postmenopausal. Surveys were carried out. The age that dominated was between 25 and 40 years. The neoplasia cervical intraepitelial I was the most significant one .Recommendations were emitted.
