Abstract

Nowadays, you can ascertain, at least from a speech, the intention of improvement and considerations of all the factors that are a source of satisfaction and dissatisfaction of workers. You may find numerous studies in literature approaching this aspect of the quality of laboral life of nurses in different contexts, which have identified the factors that influence their perception on their level of satisfaction with the activities they make; the scarce possibilities of education, the shifts, the shortness of human resources, the performance of functions that are not correspondent with their level, the low salaries, inadequate interpersonal relationships with the superior and piers, among others. All of them are reasons enough to make us approach the factors that affect laboral satisfaction of nurses; from a bibliographic search about the current status of the topic.
