A case of a female patient aged 40 served in the Clinical Professor of Marianao prosthesis with agenesis of the upper lateral incisors that had serious psychological damage as a result of a previous defective prosthetic rehabilitation and presence of tooth decay contiguous the gap. Radiographically spongy bone was observed with maintaining its height and unaltered periapical in remained tooth. After a multidisciplinary evaluation and the consent of the patient, is decided to place him two implants Kos of immediate function in said zones and thus to be able to evaluate the effectiveness of these implants in the rehabilitation of this congenital malformation. It was rehabilitated with crowns provisional cases of acrylic in the same session of work and reconstructed the teeth affected with resin fotopolimerizable. The functional and esthetic results were very satisfactory, being achieved the complete one osteointegración of the implants and the improvement of the quality of life of the patient.
