Abstract

When we observe The International Behavior in connection with genre ´difference and ascertain a comparison between it and our actual trend in Cuba, then we can verify that in our country there is an important achievement in favor of women , also we have got significant advances regarding work´s possibilities and options. In intermediacy administrative levels of Public Help´s sector there are statistically more women than men, although extra load in Home in care with children and ancients are supported by women. In higher administrative levels there are more men than women in Public Help´s sector and in the most of others society´s sector. We analyze the information that obtained with comparison of percents and establishment the priorities ´problems through the method of Brain storm ´ideas and Mathematics' Matrix.
