Education for peace is projected as an alternative to violence. To foment it from the preparation of the professional, constitutes a contemporary social priority. The article that is presented focuses its purpose on socializing guidelines that direct the preparation of the Primary Education professional in education for peace. These emerge as a result of a qualitative research process, carried out by members of the national project "The education of ethical and aesthetic values ​​at the base of citizen education for a culture of peace", belonging to the Central University "Marta Abreu " Of Las Villas.
