The design and validation of a questionnaire addressed to graduate students to evaluate knowledge management is presented. The analysis made possible the identification of dimensions and indicators in a system of representations, components and relationships, to contribute to the socialization of knowledge in graduate education. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were analyzed, which yielded good reliability indexes in Cronbach's Alpha, indicating that the research is current as long as knowledge management is enhanced with the advances in technologies to strengthen the activities developed in graduate education.
