Compliance with the English language curricular strategy still constitutes a problem to be perfected in the group of General Chemistry discipline. Teaching tasks are elaborated for the contribution to the development of the same from the referred discipline. Supported by different methods such as: analysis-synthesis, modeling, observation, student and teacher surveys, it was possible to establish the theoretical-methodological foundations of the teaching tasks. The results of the tasks contributed to raising the professional performance of teachers and the level of preparation of students in the English language from the General Chemistry discipline.
