Health promotion is the object of public health and society, in the construction of public policies that allow improving quality standards, related to solid waste management. Hence, the objective of this study is aimed at deepening solid waste management, from an educational perspective of public policies, in order to reduce the health risks of the hospital community, in Peru. Methods such as analysis-synthesis, induction-deduction, document review and the PRISMA 2020 method were used.
