The University of Havana contains a series of museums housing countless valuable objects, discreetly used in the professional training of students in the Art History program. This article aims to demonstrate the value of university cultural heritage from the perspective of the program's professors, who are promoters of university heritage, as they understand it in academic outings for subjects and disciplines. The result is structured around the conception of a system of methodological workshops that are articulated with the use of techniques for the recognition and utilization of university heritage.
