The History of Cuba subject can contribute to achieving greater environmental awareness in students. An investigation was carried out at the Faculty of Medical Sciences of Sagua la Grande, using the documentary review and questionnaire methods with the objective of making a digital educational resource to strengthen environmental awareness from the History of Cuba subject in Medical Sciences students. A hypermedia was made with the national bibliography and four monographs prepared by the authors, on the environmental problems of the region and their incidence on human health, for the interest of the professional profile.
