This research addresses the importance of job training in students of the tourism career. Its objective is to systematize personality qualities in students of the tourism career as an expression of their job training. The novelty of the result lies in analyzing job training as an integrating concept that contributes to promoting the internalization of knowledge and value orientations that are gradually reflected in feelings, ways of thinking and behaviors in accordance with the formation of personality qualities, whatever previously exposed as the main result of this work addressed to the Cuban educational system in which the set of theoretical positions related to job training in students of the tourism career is offered.
