The presence of information and communication technologies (ICT) is strongly visible in all areas of contemporary society and particularly in educational contexts. The objective of this challenge is to assess the development and implementation of the methodology for Hybrid digital ecosystems in online training. The fundamental methods used are structural-functional systemic and modeling. The results allow the implementation of the proposal in engineering careers, making the pertinent curricular, didactic, and contextual adaptations. Currently the proposal is in the initial application phase in UNSA (Peru) and Cujae (Cuba), and allows us to affirm that the perception of students and teachers is very positive, which increases its value for the training of engineers today.
