There are multiple experiences on how academic management has benefited from digital transformation. Consequently, the number of Cuban institutions that use the XAUCE AKADEMOS Academic Management System has increased. In this sense, this research seeks to socialize the experiences of using said software to support decision-making based on inclusive, equitable and quality education, which contributes to the fulfillment of the objectives of the National Economic and Social Development Plan until 2030. It is based on the dialectical-materialist method, among others, at the theoretical and empirical level. Its use has made it possible to determine that university-business integration and the creation or use of the existing infrastructure in Cuban educational institutions has been favored, in order to contribute to the fulfillment of the aforementioned plan through the digital transformation of academic management on the basis of the use of said software.
