The professional pedagogical orientation in the students of the University College is in constant improvement for Cuban Higher Education. Therefore, this work offers an analysis of the causes that generate insufficiencies in this particular, based on the theoretical foundations of the professional orientation process and in particular towards pedagogical careers. In this sense, the article proposes as an objective to develop activities that allow strengthening professional pedagogical interests from professional orientation in students of the University College at the University of Camagüey. The activities are based theoretically and methodologically, from the work that corresponds to the Vice-Rector's Office for Training at the University and the results of an initial diagnosis. Different scientific level methods were used, including theoretical ones such as analysis-synthesis, induction, deduction and modeling. At the empirical level, observation, survey, interview and document study were used.
