This paper summarizes the main issues discussed in the lectures, papers, panels and debates developed during the three-day session days of the Second Conference ADU_2020, held at the Federal University of Río de Janeiro. The central theme was "Innovation and diversity as challenges and opportunities for the education of professionals in Architecture, Urbanism and Design". Innovation, digital technology, landscape and environment, social dimension of architecture, design and urbanism, and of course, the education in these fields, were the center of attention among participants.
