ROMERO RUEDA, Ignacio; VILARAGUT LLANES, Miriam; PEREZ MENA, Bárbara M. y PENA GUILARTE, Oscar W.. Energy evaluation of induction motors through aggregate motor model. Energética [online]. 2012, vol.33, n.2, pp. 156-170. ISSN 1815-5901.
This work concur the nominal data of the aggregate motor, voltage and current measurements in the asynchronous motors group electric supply and the air gap torque's method to determine the load state, the efficiency and other magnitudes that characterize energetically the group of motors by the equivalent one. The incidence factor is defined as the relationship between the aggregate motor's demanded power and the total demand. The designated motors have same or bigger incidence coefficients than the half incidence coefficient of the group of aggregate, ensuring that predominate the most powerful, reducing the number to consider and defining the efficiency as a decision parameter. The results demonstrate that the aggregate motor determines accurately the saving potential associated to a power bus, decreasing the calculation volume, simplifying the search and in smaller time.
