This work aimed to improve the system of monitoring and control of the total Management Technology   of Efficiency Energy from the perspective of the knowledge cycle in order to promote the sustainability of the results. The effectiveness of proposed changes through monitoring and control of the quality indicators of electricity the National Center for Applied Electromagnetism in the period 2006 to 2016 divided into two stages was demonstrated. The indicators studied: voltage, voltage harmonic distortion and power factor showed significant progress regarding the standard and the initial stage.  Evidenced by eliminating low voltage, with the decrease of 4% in the amount of the annual electricity bill, with reduced CO2 emissions, without reducing the level of activity.
