This work was developed in the Humans Resources Management of the Instituto Superior Politécnico "José Antonio Echeverría" (Cujae). In order to achieve efficient management and effective control of the process, outlined the general objective of the research: "Designing the Process of Human Resources of the university," based on the process approach. To complete this objective they were carried out several tasks organized in a general procedure for the redraw this strategic process. Specific tools were also used as the Checklist, Cause-Effect Diagram, Matrix of weaknesses, threats, strengths and opportunities and investigative techniques and methods as interviewing workers in the area, analysis and synthesis of information, collecting literature, consults of the regulations that govern the procedures of the process in question and direct observation.
