This document allows you to display the diagnostic Ergonomic physical design jobs , considering the jobs link units and research careers Agricultural, Agroindustry and Livestock ESPAM of MFL , thus presenting procedures to improve of these positions and thus promote the fulfillment of the objectives of the National Plan for Good Living (2013-2017) and the implementation of new production matrix in Ecuador. For research tools as were used: interviews, observation, and the check list that provided data for each of the areas, where the race for Agricultural meets 73.33 % of the basic principles, since 80 % of jobs are designed to anthropometric measurements, unlike race Agro which has a 60 % deficiency, that led to proposing a plan of improvements that contribute to the elimination of shortcomings and thereby increase the health, welfare and safety of workers.
