In the last years, it has been seen how organizations keep on conceiving in its performing on help, education, change in the people who interacts in order that they get better jointly, and have more opportunities to benefit together. The objective is showing the results of Social Responsibility (SR) strategy applied for Bayer CropScience in Mamonal community to depart from the hygienic physicians’ conditions that existed. SR strategy application allowed an economic, social and environmental growth through the sustained follow-up to the different stakeholders identified. Furthermore to the endowment to protective media's producers and measurement for a safe handling of the pesticides with a view toward the protection of the cultivations and the environment in the community through benefit in the production of the tomatoes cultivation.
