The objective of the present work is to describe the current situation of the management of the human capital in four organizations of the sector Cuban biotechnical pharmacist, with emphasis in the characterization of its work force and in the evidence of its high qualification. Knowing the behavior of aspects like the qualification of the work force, the evolution of the activity of human capital, the distribution of the workers for distinctive processes of this industry, the integration necessity with other management systems and the analysis of the position profiles cannot contribute a valuable information alone to the companies that are analyzed, but to the rest of the sectors with regard to the demands of the management of the human capital in companies of high technology. The study contributes to the construction of alternatives for the diagnosis of the management of the human capital and it alerts about the necessity of coherent proposals with the singularities of the sector.
