Abstract

The scientific and technological development that imposes complex processes gives changes and continuous social transformations, it increases the cognitive necessities he gives the human capital to give answers to the new demands in its professional acting. This work has as objective to carry out a study he gives the process he gives training starting from the techniques developed by authors related with: the organizations that learn, the organizational learning and the entity in permanent learning. With the employment he gives methods like: the analysis gives clúster, analysis and synthesis, he interviews key informants, it points out and discussion; three levels were determined in the process he gives administration he gives the training in the organization with their parameters and he intends the index he gives the level he gives training (Inc) and the ranges that facilitate to determine in what level he is the institution.
