Abstract

Knowledge is one of the most important assets for the success of any organization; hence, the need to manage, effectively and proactively. The fundamental aim repositories capture knowledge so that others can have access to it. In Cuba, most universities have managed to produce and store their thesis research in some kind of institutional repository; however, there is no single record of these documents on the network of the Ministry of Higher Education. This work aims to equip Industrial Engineering researchers a tool that allows them to manage the above information, through a repository of doctoral theses of the National Tribunal of Industrial Engineering. In this study, job Statistics defended by themes, sectors of the economy, participating countries, some bibliometric indexes and other information of interest are showed.
