Abstract

This work is directed to developing agriculture in order to improve logistics processes with supply chain approach in the Commercialization of Agricultural Products UEB Cienfuegos, in order to correct their main defects over looking refine and integrate the operation of the same. To improve logistics activities is characterized and diagnosed with greater supply chain deficiency, using statistical methods and programs of processing of data like SPSS15.0, MAPINFO 9.0 and Win QSB 1.00; apply techniques such as "value stream mapping" to represent the flow of the value chain. It was proposed improved transport routest hat use dan arrayo fmile age, for delivery of products allow in glower fuel consumption by 2.53 %, representing a decrease of transportation costs in a 56.66 % no affecting customer satisfaction.
