The article establishes the relationship between the inventory management system and the customer satisfaction of a Peruvian compressor company. To implement this system, the ABC method was used to classify inventories according to the monetary value of the product. After the implementation of the system, there were improvements in customer service, the reduction of labor costs, and the balance between buying and selling stocks. Consequently, they increased the company’s profits and competitiveness in the sector thanks to improvements in inventory management, control, and cost reduction.
