A bibliographic analysis of existing standards and models is carried out. The initial diagnosis reflected the state of the organization to face integration and non-compliance with the standards mentioned, which affects the effective functioning of the system. The new structure proposed based on the relationship of documents with general requirements and processes, which allows the reduction of documented information and better organizational performance.
