This research was carried out in a productive economic project of local development with scientific-technical services of high added value. The objective is to evaluate the level of service provided in the computer equipment rental service. The main tools and techniques used are: expert consultation, documentary analysis, affinity diagram, importance matrix - perceived degree of presence, service cycle and operational analysis. In the indicators variety in the supply of equipment, time between request and delivery and ease of payment, which are located in the quadrant of high importance - low degree of perceived presence, the weaknesses of the service and the opportunities for improvement are identified. The improvement action plan prepared is oriented towards the continuous improvement of the level of computer equipment rental service, through follow-up and control.
