Forklifts are prone to accidents due to loss of stability. The objective this research was to evaluate the stability of the MCD25 forklift in compliance with the ISO 22915 Industrial trucks - Verification stability standard. As an alternative to experimental tests, multibody dynamic simulation was performed, with the objective of: obtaining and verifying a model to evaluate the stability of the MCD25 forklift by modeling and simulating the stability tests according to the ISO 22915-2 standard. Using multibody modeling and simulation, the model and tests were implemented according to the conditions stipulated in the standard. The MCD25 was modeled in 3D to estimate its center of gravity and the angle of loss stability. When compared with the values ​​stipulated in the standard, it is determined that the MCD25 forklift is stable according to the ISO 22915 standard.
