Presently article the methodological conceptual theoretical bases are presented that sustain in an essential way the cultural historical theory, The objective of the same one is to elaborate a methodological strategy for the development of the professional orientation toward the specialty carpentry in students of the first year of the Polytechnic Leonides Blanco González, being given the problem that the students are not motivated by the specialty.
