This simple exercise is to raise some ideas together around some sociodemographic from the History in the larger context of state building in South America, particularly during the nineteenth century elements. We present only some facts and comments that channel or invoke other lines on demographics related story are revealed. This essay as a literature review is a lightweight approach with pointings, which aims to prosecute or motivate some thoughts that are subject to deeper and better documented studies. Historical interpretations on demographic mobilities are subject matter specialists in Historical Demography. Consequently, the ideal historical demographer not exist, but with some skills hopes to make a useful contribution in the field of historical demography. Hence all the historical arguments have some inaccuracy or falsity, because no one can be absolutely sure or unsure of anything. The degrees of certainty are variable.
