This paper examines the work, both as social activity and scientific category, to understand and manage its development at social level, taking into account its role in the Cuban Socialist Project. The site of work into main documents of Party and State is analyzed as well, seeking to show it is not considered as deserve, because it is needed a particular Project for the development of Labor relations like the economic development has done for.
