The objective of this study is to analyze the behavior of the main demographic variables from the municipality of Segundo Frente, starting from the changes made by the government’s management at territorial level. Challenges and perspectives in public policies’ design, are analyzed concerning territorial development, in this case, the Articulated Platform for Comprehensive Territorial Development (PADIT) from which the municipality is part of. This article contains relevant elements to take into account for the improvement of the development strategies of the territory, and the efficient moving of assets for the socioeconomic projects in execution.
