The main objective of the work is to highlight the importance of carrying out adequate statistical analyzes on geographic data; recognizing them as space-time entities characterized by having an absolute and relative position, a certain geometry and also thematic attributes, which identify and describe them respectively, to begin to reduce the gap between the conceptualization of space and its measurement, and not see the territory just as a data container. The article is based on the Spatial Statistics, from the perspective of the Exploratory Analysis of Spatial Data.
