A case is described with a history of 16 years presenting intense pain of spontaneous appearance or local pressure and temperature changes in the distal end of the 4th finger of his right hand palm side; it did not improve with analgesics or anti-inflammatory treatment. The local ultrasound showed a tumor of hypoechoic appearance was interpreted as a granuloma of traumatic possible, performing surgical excision of the tumor, resulting in the pathological study, a glomangiomioma.
