A bibliographic revision is carried out concerning the social that have influenced the psychological formation of personality such as the students ‘behavior patterns. The fundamental role played by family in very day life as well as the teacher’s role in their classroom are reviewed to determine ethic behavior throughout students ‘lifetime since they also exert a great influence in their future. The process of valves’ formation and acquisition is closely related to the educational work in which discipline and learning are decisive to enhance important to establish good communication and understanding between the teacher and his// her students.
